**Property Administrator Salary £25,000 plus some commission for Lets £27500 Selly Oak**
My client are a exceptional Local Independent agent based in Leamington, and now due to expansion are seeking someone to help within their busy Lettings department.
The role is a varied one, you ideally will have 12 months experience within Lettings or Property Management administration. This role will require some viewings so you must be a car owner driver.
The role will include the following
**Lettings**:
- some viewings, Inspections, and check in's this would amount to roughly 40% of the job
**Lettings Administration** this is around 50% of the day and will include
Rent renewals
Teancy agreements
Chasing rent payments if required
All aspects of Lettings administration, you must have a really good attention to detail and be organised and love getting on top of any adminsistration this is around 50% of the role.
The other 10% would be **property manageme**nt, mainly dealing with maintenance enquires, and dealing with a portfolio of managed properties within the local area.
