Care Team Leader

**Shift Pattern: two nights per week, 19:45 - 08:00 on a two week rolling rota**
Nestled in a tranquil village setting, Millbeck care home boasts picturesque grounds and is conveniently situated near essential services and amenities, including local shops and a library. We are currently looking for an experienced carer to join us as a Care Team Leader on a part time basis, 24.5 hours per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating care plans
- Administrating medication
- Using your management skills to overlook a small team
- Providing support and guidance to those in your team
- Doing staff appraisals etc
While it is not imperative that you have a Level 3 qualification in health and social care, you just need to be interested in working towards it.
Millbeck in Stockton-on-Tees is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 30 residents.
