Your role will be to assist in successfully running the site and meeting targets. This may include any aspect of site operation including equipment, facilities, health and safety, customer care, sales and administration. **Duties will include**:

- Cary out course inspections during daily opening of the site and record all findings
- Check harness and lanyard each time it is issued to and returned by a customer
- Fit and check customers harness correctly before commencing activity and at key interval stages
- Take telephone and face to face bookings
- Ensure all payments are processed and receipted through the till
- Welcome visitors to the centre
- Act in a professional manner and as a good ambassador for the brand
- Comply with all health and safety procedures and safe systems of work

**What experience do you need?**
- High ropes relevant certification or equivalent
- Safety conscious, with a professional outlook
- Able to work under own initiative without supervision
- A ‘customer comes first’ attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- High energy levels with a cheerful disposition
- Must like working outdoors and have a good head for heights
- Own your on transport
- Basic First Aid Certificate
- Able to perform all physical duties
