Our Supported Living team in Devon supports **adults** with **learning disabilities**, physical disabilities and complex needs **to live their life, their way**. We support them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to work on a peripatetic basis, covering a number of our services in Devon. **This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves making a difference, enjoys variety and getting to know lots of different people.**

As a **Mobile** **Support Worker** in our Supported Living team, you will find that every day is different, and you will get a real sense of job satisfaction.

You will be providing high-quality, person-centred care. This will include enabling our clients to do the things they want to in life such as bike rides, beach visits, sports activities, or trips into town. Maybe even going out for a pub lunch or an evening out at the cinema.

You will also be working on skill development to further independence (meal planning, cooking, organising finances) and supporting with everyday activities such as personal care (toileting / washing / dressing).
