**Responsibilities**
- Able to demonstrate expertise and knowledge in all aspects of grooming, with the ability to groom all dogs to breed standard without guidance.
- Responsible for delivering the best service, exceeding expectations in animal welfare standards whilst adhering to health and safety policies.
- Ensuring that our clients enjoy a positive, memorable and rewarding spa experience exceeding customers’ expectation by bringing ‘Pet Perfect Service’ to life within the store, and beyond...

**Requirements**:

- We are seeking an individual with a fun personality, who is great at interacting with pets and people.
- Industry qualification - Level 2 or a minimum of 5 years’ dog grooming experience.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to groom approximately 6 dogs per day.
- Confidence in handling all breeds of dogs in a safe manner.
- Excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with customers and their pets daily.
- Having the highest of expectations in presentation and cleanliness.
- Most of all you must be able to offer the highest levels of customer service.
- Flexible to cover any shifts over 7 days.
- Part time, permanent position - 20 hours per week.

**Note**:This is not a training role, we are looking for a fully experienced dog groomer who can work within a busy team and on their own.
