Senior Head Housekeeper

Duties:

- Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness
throughout the facility
- Assist with development and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a
high standard of cleanliness
- Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to address any housekeeping-related issues or
requests
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as
necessary
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Perform ccleaning duties as needed, including but not limited to dusting, mopping,
vacuuming, and sanitizing

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and other departments

Must be able to drive, whilst a company pool vehicle is available there may be occasions when own car may be required.

This vacancy is a 40 hour position the applicant must be flexible to hours and times as the business covers 24/7.
