Receptionist/host (Vcp)

We are currently looking for a Host/Receptionist to join the team at Volvo Cars Poole to cover the hours of **8.00am to 6.00pm.**

**Full or part time considered.**

Your primary role will be to create the right first impression, giving a warm welcome and projecting a full commitment to individual customer service. Acting as a central communications link, you will greet customers, establish their individual needs, answer basic questions and put them in contact with the appropriate Centre members.

As an Host, your key objectives will be to:

- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure all customers and visitors receive a pleasant and courteous welcome, promoting the professional image of the company.
- Answer all internal and external calls swiftly and direct them effectively.

You will have excellent communication and telephone handling skills as well as previous Customer Service experience; Reception experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
