The role involves but is not limited to:
Involvement in the preparation and release of confidential documents to Randox Health clients

Printing and posting of client documentation

Maintaining registers e.g., client documentation registers

General office management e.g., stationary orders

Other administrative tasks requested by management e.g., updating quality issues

Adherence to Company Confidentiality Policy

Minute taking during department meetings

Adherence and completion of tasks assigned by manager or supervisor

Prioritise workflow and display flexibility to meet report deadlines

Liaising with members of staff across the business, including scientists, and the public

Assist in the training of staff, if necessary

Adherence to company Positive Work Environment Policy, Health & Safety procedures, and the maintenance of a safe working environment

The role will also involve data inputting, scanning, filing and other general administrative duties.

Essential criteria

Excellent organisation and communication skills (written and verbal)

Good numerical skills with an eye for detail

Ability to prioritise workload in a logical fashion

Ability to act on own initiative as well as part of a team

Possess a positive and professional attitude
