**Senior Project Manager - CompositesPosition Overview**
- Responsible for leading the team of Project Managers and Projects Engineers by
- ensuring team members are equipped to meeting the project goals, adhere to their
- responsibilities and manage the project milestones.

Take full project cycle ownership; successful project delivery from point of sales to
- project role out in operations and the completion of all project elements

Overall management of all the projects to ensure the overall projects programmes
- are completed to the right standards and support the introduction of further future
- work to the company

Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment to
- demonstrated teamwork, innovation and excellence

Supporting the department in establishing good practices, templates, tools and
- partnerships with internal and external customers to grow and develop the
- opportunities for the company

Manage the day to day project activities and resources and chair effective project
- management meetings with the team

Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews

Manage project scope and changes

Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, customer
- relationships, communications, resources, changes and risks and issues

Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise the project management team

Liaise with customers about current and future projects

Organise and conduct meetings on all new projects with department heads to
- discuss manufacturing materials and methods

Manage the organisation and update free issue / bought-in stock

Sign off quotes based on agreed or specified manufacturing materials and methods

Continuously communicate any issues and updates to all the relevant operations
- team

Ensure all projects are successfully completed to agreed targets (time / budget)

**Senior Project Manager - CompositesPosition Requirements**

Have an Engineering degree or relevant experience.
- Have experience in a similar fast-paced/high-pressured environment.
- Automotive experience is essential.
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in carbon fibre preferred but not essential.
- Experience with full project lifecycles and understanding of the methodologies that

support that.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills.
- Experience in successfully leading projects and programs on time and to schedule.

**Senior Project Manager - CompositesPosition Remuneration**
- Salary £45k-£52k
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
