**Your role**:
The role is part of the team to deliver an effective estate across the Authorities owned and leased property portfolio. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Estates Asset Management system including order & invoice processing and other appropriate administrate tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Estates and Facilities Department:

- To work as part of a team of Client Support Officers on a busy helpdesk, providing a quality response service to GMFRS employees, members of the general public, and other external organisation and provide a ‘one stop shop’ Helpdesk Service for Estates and Facilities customers
- To actively support the FM & Compliance Officer, Head of Estates & Facilities and other members of the Estates & Facilities to engender a high performing and supportive environment within which all members can develop their personal effectiveness; work within the team supporting and covering others to meet KPI targets and the wider needs of the service

**About you**:

- Experience of working within a busy FM customer service/ office environment
- Experience of using MS Office Software packages and other financial software, BWO, Ingresso etc.
- Evidence of being a team player and able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Be able to use software to input and analyse data and produce ad hoc reports
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

This will be a varied role with opportunities to develop your skills, experience and knowledge base within a high performing team.**
