Maintenance Administrator in The Property Lettings

We have a great opportunity for someone who would like to be largely office based with the opportunity to pop in and out to meet contractors, inspect rooms, stock up on consumables and be in charge of their own schedule.
The successful person will be a logical thinker with a sensible mindset and have the ability to forward plan. They will enjoy working within a small team and have a can-do attitude. Being a small team, there will be plenty of opportunity to learn how a micro-business operates and to learn the skills and gain confidence that a micro business can offer, quickly.
You need to be friendly, approachable, smart, literate and have strong organisational skills to flourish in this role.
The lucky person will receive on job training to complete the tasks below:
Visiting tenants' rooms and homes once they have left the property to prepare for move
- ins
Inspecting properties bi-annually to ensure they are being looked after properly and reporting to Landlords
Liaising with tradespeople on a daily basis
Keeping electronic records up to date
Shredding, post, ordering stationery and office consumables
Managing keys in and keys out
Opening and Locking up
