We have an excellent opportunity for a well organised, enthusiastic and passionate property professional to join our busy Letting Management team.
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join our marketing leading estate and letting agency and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide award winning service.
We are seeking a professional, well presented, efficient and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. This role will be customer focused and face to face, completing Inventories prior to a new tenancy commencing, Mid-Tenancy Inspections and carrying out end of tenancy Check Out Inspections at our let and managed rental properties.
Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in a customer facing role or similar setting would be beneficial.
**A valid full UK driving licence is essential.** You will have use of a Company pool car.
**Full Time - Core hours are as follows**:
**36 Hours per week.**
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
**Annual Salary**: £20,000 - £22,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Flexibility will be required for holiday cover and to cover the office opening hours. Competitive salary, holiday entitlement, company pension and employee benefits.
