Production Operatives

**Production Operatives - 4 days a week**

Taskmaster Resources are looking for **Production Operatives**for our client based in Baston, Lincolnshire.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday, working 12 hours shifts - 5am-5pm.

You must drive and have your own vehicle due to the location of the site.
- Reports to the Production Supervisor.
- Take instructions from supervisor.
- Try to be Efficient regarding the production chart.
- Unload and load mould with correct colour and quantity of polymer.
- Testing of tanks is done to best of ability when requested to do so.
- Move tested tanks into designated space in yard when requested to do so.
- Forklifts to be tested before use.
- The safe use of forklifts.
- Make sure the arm is good to go before sending mould in. this is a two-man operation, to ensure that each cart is good to go before the start button is pressed.
- Operate crane as required.
- Sweeping up, empty bins and recycle bins. Daily or more if required.
- Ensure equipment is kept in designated area and is in good working order.
- Cleaning and flange releasing as required.
- Pull pins when instructed too.
- Clean vents as required.
- Cleaning of moulds.
- Assisting the other oven if needed.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday, working 12 hours shifts - 5am-5pm.

**Salary**: Start rate £11.00 per hour. 5am-5pm with a £10 per day bonus if 12 hours are completed.
