**What will I be doing?**

As an Tech Ops Shift Lead within the Global Operations Centre you will...
- Be part of a rota with other shift lead cover early and late shifts.
- Act as a point of contact for technical escalations.
- Monitor the performance and uptime of THG's websites and Ingenuity websites
- Manage incidents and ensure they are communicated with staff and clients adequately.
- Manage the team's rota and holidays.
- Set daily roles and responsibilities for the team's engineers.
- Ensure the teams ticket queue is managed and at acceptable levels.
- Follow up on Post Incident Reports and seek approvals.

**What skills and experience would I need?**
- Attention to detail
- Experience managing people.
- Can-do attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Basic SQL skills desirable
- Basic knowledge of Nagios, Grafana, App Dynamics
- Excellent communication skills
- ITIL qualifications or experience.
