**Position: Support Worker**

**Salary: £10.67 - £10.97 per hour**

**Service: 48 The Grove, Isleworth**

**About Your Role**
- 48 The Grove is a three storey Victorian character house in Isleworth which provides a supportive residential setting for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties and complex needs.
- There is a focus on providing lots of inclusive activities within the home - music therapy, aromatherapy sessions, dance and karaoke evenings and live entertainment for everyone to enjoy if they wish and the opportunity to tend the allotment at the service.
- You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out.
- You’ll develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties.
- You’ll provide help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

**Next Steps**
- Once you’ve applied you’ll have a call with our dedicated in-house recruitment team to find out more about the role.
- You’ll then have an interview scheduled at the service and have your chance to go down and meet the team.
- If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References.
- You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicted Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
