**Responsibilities for this Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator role will include**:

- Market Appraisal generation
- Assisting purchasers through the buying process
- Maintaining close customer relationships and providing feedback
- Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
- Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

**Skills & Experience for this Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator role**:

- Experience within agency
- Knowledge of core estate agency
- Comfortable working with targets
- Drive and ambition to 'add value'
