**Cleaner for MPS Housing at Mears Group**

**_Full time - Permanent _**
- Salary up to £21,067_

**What we are looking for**:
To work within our MPS Housing Maintenance team delivering a range of services to our clients, including a range of cleaning maintenance services in void properties and this role is pivotal in ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard based in the Maryport Area. This role will undertake void final cleans to allow for the client to let the property to a new customer.

**What you need to have**:

- Full UK Driving experience
- Previous experience in similar role is desirable
- Determined ‘can-do’ attitude, positive views when faced with challenges and have a flexible approach towards hours and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and to own initiative
