**Purchase Ledger Clerk - Full Time**

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm; Friday 9am - 4:30pm

Rate per hr: depend on experience / negotiable

**What we require**:
In this role, you will be based in our busy Finance department providing support to our team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Matching, checking & coding invoices,
- Matching invoices with purchase orders dockets,
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintain existing,
- Data entry and filing invoices,
- Dealing with suppliers’ when required,
- Preparing Monthly Statements for payments,
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management to facilitate running office.

**If you can match the skills and experience listed below, we’d love to hear from you**:

- Working experience of Sage 50 Accounts,
- Accuracy with coding is vital,
- Previous experience of working within an account’s office,
- Excellent communication and organisational skills,
- Ability to meet deadlines,
- Self-discipline,
- Pleasant telephone manner.

Experience of working in an accounting office in a construction / civil engineering environment will be an advantage.
