The Gabriella Chamberlain Clinic is an advanced skin clinic and well-established beauty salon situated in the Little Chelsea area of Eastbourne since 2011. Our aim at the Gabriella Chamberlain Clinic is to ensure that every time a client visits us whether that is for a medical grade skin treatment, everyday preening or an indulgent treat, our aim is to go above and beyond to ensure maximum client satisfaction from the client’s first impression. The role of the Beauty Salon & Skin Clinic Coordinator is to work alongside our Salon Managers and team of advanced skin and beauty therapists to ensure from welcome to departure our clients have a relaxing, enjoyable and faultless experience at Gabriella Chamberlain Clinic.

**Main Duties**:

- Welcoming clients and ensuring appropriate consultation forms have been completed
- Confidently manage a team of therapists busy schedules
- Handling telephone bookings and enquiries with an outstanding phone manner
- Scheduling treatments using our booking system
- Checking clients out after their treatments
- Liaising with therapists and the Salon Managers at all times
- Confident knowledge of all treatments and retail products
- Up-sell treatments and products
- Laundry and general housekeeping
- Completing the daily balancing/banking
- To fully understand and be capable of computerised stock control and maintenance
- Actively manage the appointment diary, ensuring at all times a commitment to maximising treatment availability is adhered to
- To be able to cope well under pressure in a busy environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 35 per week
