We have a new vacancy for a Surfacing Supervisor based out of our at Prudhoe office to support various road surfacing projects across North East England. This is a varied role that will involve small, short-term projects as well as longer-term flagship projects.

You will attend sites ahead of work starting, liaise with customers to understand requirements of the job, support the preparation of paperwork, Health & Safety considerations, ordering materials and plant equipment.You will be liaising with our in house manufacture and haulage teams to deliver a safe project, on time, on budget and to the client satisfaction.

There may also be an element of sub-contractor management and helping to coordinate other trades on site that are contributing to work.

**What will you bring?**
- An obtained CSCS card or willing to work towards.
- Industry knowledge would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within road surfacing or similar background (civil engineering) would be ideal.
- Full driving license.
- Willing to travel and work some flexible hours.
- Good time management and team development skills.
