An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 critical care dietitian to join our Acute Dietetic Service. This post will be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. The post holder will work closely with the band 7 critical care dietitian and other dietitians in the critical care team to provide a dietetic service to ICU and HDU.

The post holder will also be required to deliver a specialist dietetic service within the Critical Care Recovery Service including clinical work providing a service to ICU stepdown patients on the respiratory ward, attending weekly CCR MDT and attending monthly CCR clinics.

The post holder will be expected to participate in student training (B & C placements) and provide support to other clinical specialties as required.

We are strongly committed to training and support for CPD and clinical governance, with a supervision framework, annual appraisals, peer support and training opportunities to further develop clinical skills.

**Please note**: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata. Working days will need to include Monday, Wednesday and Friday in order to cover the service.
