£25k - £28k Basic plus uncapped branch commission and car allowance.
They are delighted to be really busy and recruiting for a Full-time experienced manager to be working in the BN16 area. Someone who is committed to helping people move into their next dream home. They are looking for someone with lots of energy and passionand who wants to learn to be the best of themselves. The role is very demanding but fulfilling.

This agent offer a training course to our whole team that ends with a national qualification and government licencing
A future career progression is also available with a path to director level.
The position entails:
Prospecting for new clients
Attending 'property and marketing advice meetings' with potential clients
Social media promotion including video
Become an expert marketeer to obtain the absolute best price in a short-selling time
Organising property marketing campaigns for maximum exposure
Keeping clients fully updated every step of the way
Negotiating offers to always obtain the best price for our clients
Progressing sales to a swift successful completion
Becoming a trusted advisor offering a remarkable service to be recommended again and again
Working with your team to together get the best results for clients
