Permanent ERP Project Manager required to join a leading business in Tamworth. £55,000 base + bonus and benefits.
We are seeking a Project and Change Manager to project manage the implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and Product Information Management (PIM) system and implement a Change Advisory Board (CAB) forour business. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute and finalize the project within the defined scope, timelines, and budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Manage project resources and team members across multiple departments
- Liaise with external vendors and consultants as required
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Ensure that the WMS, ERP, and PIM systems meet business requirements and are fully integrated into the business processes
- Implement Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure that all changes to systems and processes are managed effectively
- Ensure that the project is delivered in compliance with PRINCE2 methodology and principles
- Provide training and support to end-users of the new systems
**Requirements**:

- PRINCE2 certification is essential
- 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the implementation of WMS, ERP, and PIM systems
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Experience in managing projects using agile methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field.
- An ability to measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
