**Mobilisation Manager(Inside IR35)**

The Mobilisation Manager will lead and co-ordinate due diligence, mobilisation and steady state activity to enable the Operational teams to work in line with the contract from day one.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate potential impacts with the operational team on site
- Work in line with the Preferred Bidder’s mobilisation plan to ensure alignment of the process where required is always maintained.
- Liaison with the Preferred Bidder to ensure mobilisation timeline is adhered to
- Present to the SMT on progress on a regular basis to ensure engagement and a collaborative approach is maintained
- Embed agreed KPI / SLA reporting requirements
- Monitor cost reporting with Finance to track mobilisation expenditure required
- Clear handover of operational/contract team with documented due diligence

**Requirements - Essential**
- Experience in managing both large and/or numerous individual schemes forming a substantial overall budget/programme to cost and time
- Ability to prepare and write reports on project progress to client and all contractors and sub contractors
- Ability to plan, manage and deliver complex projects
- Ability to plan ahead / organise / prioritise, implement and deliver programme/project and work stream plans
- Ability to construct detailed and technical reports and reliable information to senior leaders and members that communicate complex issues in a direct and suitable form for the target audience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with strong formal reporting and presentational skills.

**Rate Of Pay**

PAYE: £351.92

Umbrella/Ltd: £445
