**Betterclean Services Exeter **is hiring a Multi-Site Cleaner Supervisor to work flexible hours in our Exeter team.

This is a hands-on role requiring travel to client sites in/around Exeter for supervisory duties, as well as cover cleaning for staff holidays/absence. The role may consist of early morning or afternoon/evening work.

Supervisory duties include staff training; arranging cover for sickness and holidays; managing multiple sites; quality auditing; checking and delivering cleaning stock or equipment; consumables orders, PAT testing etc. Plus, you will be expected to provide cover cleaning as necessary.

**Hours**:37.5 per week, but you may be required to work more as business needs dictate.

You'll be provided with a fully-expensed company van.

**Signing Bonus: If you are hired, then successfully complete an initial 3 month probation period and are offered permanent employment with us, you will be paid a £100 "welcome" bonus.**

**Your skills and experience**

In this role, experience as a cleaner is required. Supervisory experience is essential, as well as carpet-cleaning and use of floor-cleaning machines (although training will be provided). You'll need to:

- Be reliable and trustworthy, with a high attention to detail
- Have a positive, can-do attitude, and take pride in doing your job well
- Genuinely care about delivering to the highest quality for our clients
- Be organised and able to work effectively alone or as part of a team
- Be adaptable, empathetic with colleagues, and able to take feedback in a constructive, positive manner
