This is a great opportunity for a Construction Supervisor to join a Tier 1 Construction Contractor, working on a major Defence project based in Gloucestershire. You will effectively & professionally manage, monitor and supervise the works including management of all relevant subcontract packages.

**Key responsibilities of this Construction Supervisor role**:

- Promote the site safety culture, ensuring all works are carried out in a planned, controlled and safe manner.
- Oversee subcontractors, labour and material requirements, and support Project Managers.
- Represent the company at meetings, promote the correct company image and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
- Understand the design process, working with the design manager, within cost restraints, to facilitate the design, and coordination of production information.
- Work closely with the relevant commercial package managers to ensure close control of package costs.

**Experience required for this Construction Supervisor role**:

- Construction related qualification to HNC level.
- CSCS Card & SMSTS.
- Site based managerial experience.
- Passion for driving sustainability & delivering results.
