You will be in charge of allocating all hospitality tickets to clients and ensuring that ticket allocation and travel plans run smoothly. Every day will be different due to the variety of requests you will receive and you will thrive in a very fast paced environment.

This is a administrative vacancy based in an Events agency - you must want a career in administration rather than events and be highly organised. In return you will get to work for a really fun company with a friendly collaborative team who all socialise together.

Duties will include:

- Managing a client portal
- Allocating tickets
- Arranging logistics for event attendance
- Arranging logistics for equipment to arrive at events
- Arranging European travel plans
- Working to specific budgets and delivering projects within this
- Using PowerPoint to prepare project briefs

You must be engaged and committed and thrive in a busy role
