**About the Role**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our busy HR team in our group head offices in Harrogate.

This is a hands on role and we are looking for someone to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

**Key Responsibilities
- Our HR team carry out a wide variety of administrative tasks relating to the HR requirements of the 6 businesses within our group.
- These tasks include producing contracts, administering starters and leavers, database maintenance and creating reporting information as required.
- You will work within a friendly team handling a busy and varied workload, giving you the chance to develop skills, knowledge and the opportunity to better expand your own career in HR.
- On a daily basis you will be handling HR related enquiries and with experience will be offering some initial advice and guidance dependant on the level of query.

**What we’re looking for
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills as you will be working with personal data and business information
- Knowledge of the Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word. Having experience with simple formulas would be an advantage
- Prior experience of working in an administrative role or strong administration skills is essential
- Experience of low level HR query handling is desirable
- Ability to build good relationships
- Customer orientated approach to everything you do
