Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Marshal to join our team. As a Fire Marshal, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our organization and its employees. You will be responsible for implementing fire prevention measures, conducting inspections, and enforcing fire safety codes and regulations.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement fire prevention programs, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment to identify potential fire hazards
- Investigate the cause of fires and accidents to determine compliance with fire safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with fire safety standards during construction or renovation projects
- Provide guidance and training to employees on fire safety protocols and emergency evacuation procedures
- Inspect and maintain fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers
- Review building plans and blueprints to ensure compliance with fire safety codes
- Conduct drills and exercises to test emergency response plans
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for corrective actions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fire Marshal or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, fire safety regulations, and emergency response procedures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential hazards and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train employees on fire safety protocols
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to conduct thorough inspections and maintain accurate records

**Skills**:

- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Proficiency in system design for fire protection systems

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 3 days

Pay: £11.50-£17.00 per hour
