I am currently working with one of the Dorset area's leading accountancy practices who have an exciting opportunity in our Dorset office for a Senior Tax Manager.
Reporting to the Partners the key responsibilities will include technical advisory work and research, mainly related to limited companies but will cover all taxes, drafting and completing corporation tax account reviews, preparing high quality, professionaltax reports and completing the high level tax compliance work, as well as reviewing work completed by junior members of staff.
The firm are looking for individuals with initiative to develop their careers and provide a first class service to their clients in both compliance and advisory areas. Ideally you will be CTA Qualified with a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experiencein accountancy practice with a mixed corporate tax technical knowledge and experience of assisting clients on a variety of tax-related issues.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to maintain excellent client relationship skills and the ability to nurture existing clients, be detail orientated with the ability to demonstrate technical breadth, the ability to explain complex tax issues in plainEnglish for all levels of understanding and the ability to prioritise work and to work to strict timescales where required.
