**Office and Fleet Co-ordinator Role**
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm._
- Based in Bexleyheath & 2 days a week in Sidcup._
- £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)_

Our client is looking for a fleet and office coordinator to join their fast growing and industry leading organisation as a support the PA to the director. This role is varied and would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge.

Office Duties -- Maintaining overall building features and contacting handyman for repairs where necessary.
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing post.
- Greeting visitors.
- Ordering new equipment, office supplies, skips and PPE, including raising PO’s for any orders.
- Filing of paperwork and maintaining company records.
- Posting invoices ensuring the correct allocation for approval.
- Checking of credit notes.
- Petty Cash management.
- Assist with the payment run and raise proformas.
- Review of company credit card statements and assist with cost allocation where possible.

Fleet Duties -- Maintaining spreadsheet on current vehicles within the fleet (lease start/end date, mileage, CO2 emissions, MOT due dates).
- Contacting the leasing company to obtain new vehicle quotations and placing orders for new vehicles where needed/at the end of leasing agreements.
- Maintaining insurance portal: removing old vehicles, adding new vehicles.
- Maintaining and booking any parking where necessary including congestion portals i.e. Dart Charge and TFL congestion.
- Logging insurance claims in the instance of accidents.
- Arranging vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs with local garages.
- Monitoring the vehicle tracking portal - ensuring relevant personnel within the office have login access: admin access, management access and normal access.
- Ensuring all new driver records are obtained: driving license, signed handbook, signed health form and that this is submitted to our driver check portal.
- Dealing with any PCN’s and other vehicle charges, ensuring these are paid in a timely manner, and costs allocated accordingly.
- Assist with the organisation of other travel requirements i.e., train tickets, oyster cards.
