We have a brilliant opportunity to join our team at EventFULL Ltd as a Stand Builder on a flexible working basis, assisting with workshop duties and event stand builds.
At EventFULL, we specialise in designing, constructing, and delivering high quality exhibition stands and displays across the UK and internationally. Established in 2019 & based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, EventFull has grown exponentially and the key to our success is our team of experienced staff; from sales all the way through to production and delivery, we endeavour to achieve the highest standards for our clients.
We are looking to welcome a new member to our team, who can encapsulate our culture and work alongside us to assist our friendly team with general day to day warehouse duties and stand building. This includes prep work required for up-and-coming builds, i.e., woodwork, collections and deliveries, and general workshop duties.
- Experience with modular framework desirable, but not essential.
- Strong organisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work well in a team & independently.
- Good communication skills with confidence in customer facing environments.

- Practical problem solver, organised and calm under pressure
- A high standard of work with a focus on safety
- Reading and understanding planograms and construction diagrams
- Physically strong enough to lift heavy objects safely.
- Confidence in tools and power tools.
- Willingness to work late hours and weekends when required, including travelling out of hours around the UK and internationally, along with potential overnight stays.
- Basic carpentry and woodwork skill set
- Eager to learn new skills and professional development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure stand build is always carried out to the highest standard. This includes Carpeting and edging, installation of modular aluminium frames and graphics, installation of TV’s. Cleaning of all structure and items on stand. Assemble of wiring including spotlights and power supplies
- Ensure that all stock has been correctly loaded into vans using appropriate staps and fixings, to ensure internal items are not damaged during transit.
- Quality control.
- Ensuring attendance on site is in a timely manner specified on job pack
- Build up and break down of jobs.
- Load and unload of jobs at warehouse before and after job completion.
