**Administrative Assistant / Sales Assistant**

**Part Time (20hrs per week) - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire**

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Trinkety Paws specialises in the design of high quality waterproof dog accessories, that are manufactured in our workshop at Chester House Estate in Northamptonshire.

We are looking for a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential for the position. We are looking for someone who loves all things dogs, and is willing and able to work within a fast paced busy environment, and can think on their feet.

**General Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Managing customer sales orders from direct and trade customers, packaging and managing the dispatch of customer orders delivering a great unboxing experience for each order
- Order office and stock supplies, to ensure on time delivery of orders, and ensure office equipment is operable at all times
- Updating of stock and POS systems, to ensure accurate stock visibility and fulfilment of orders
- Working alongside the team during Trade Shows and Outdoor Events, selling directly to customers, and being able to attend these events and travel independently to various UK locations when needed.
- Being able to assist customers at our small onsite shop, taking orders and operating the shop till system for purchases.
- Lifting, unpacking and checking of stock orders and deliveries
- Stocking shelves, packaging products and general housekeeping of the office and shop.
- Assisting with creation and scheduling of social media content for our online channels such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

**Skills required**:

- Proven track record and at least 12 months experience as office or sales administrator
- Great experience in working with Microsoft 365, (esp. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and One-Drive) and aptitude for learning new software and use of online systems
- Touch-type or fast typing skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while efficiently prioritizing urgent and high-impact work
- Ability to think proactively and show initiative and willingness to get the job done
- Attention to detail being able to maintain an organized workspace
- Strong problem solving ability
- Clean driving license
- A sales administrator or office administrator, with a minimum of one year experience, who is a team player with a keen interest in sales and customers service, who thrives in a busy office environment.
- A highly organised individual, with strong time-management skills, who can think proactively and work without supervision.
- Has a clean driving license and means of transport, due to remote office location and also has a general willingness to drive and attend multiple events and trade shows across the UK.
- A keen interest in dogs and is comfortable to work in a dog friendly environment, where dogs are present on a daily basis.
- A team player, with excellent communication skills and a friendly and engaging personality.
- A creative individual, that also has a great interest in taking photos, videos and has great experience and knowledge of social media trends, platforms and/or marketing would have an advantage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11,960.00-£13,000.00 per year
