TEACHING ASSISTANTS - Bourne Academy - required as soon as possible
salary range
£17,850 to £19,124 per annum (actual)
5 days per week (32.5 hours)
term time only + INSET
Due to securing further funding, the Governors of South Lincolnshire Academies Trust wish to extend the student support team by appointing enthusiastic, committed and confident Teaching Assistants to join the SEN Team at Bourne Academy. Working as an integral part of the SEN Team.

Essential for the post is the ability to establish mutually respectful and supportive relationships with our students. The work will be challenging but rewarding and experience of working with students of secondary school age would be an advantage although not essential, as would NVQ2 or above. Notwithstanding this, we would consider personality and commitment of the utmost importance. Full training will be given.
