We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Person to join our team in Sherborne.

**Overall function and description of the job**:
Responsible for the efficient and accurate storage, picking, packing and the loading and unloading of goods.

**Main duties**:

- Pick, pack and document goods in accordance with current practices and procedures.
- Locate and document goods received into the warehouse.
- Ensure that packing and packaging is suitable for products being handled and/or dispatched.
- Moving stock around by hand, using lifting gear/hoists or a forklift truck.
- Complete relevant paperwork and count stock items.
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles (Lorries etc.)
- Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the site using the forklift
- Helping to load/unload trucks by hands where necessary
- General Housekeeping: ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and in good order
- Side Service
- Cover tasks in other areas as required.
- Rotating shift work - Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and from 10am to 6pm

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
