**The Job**
- Start the day with an energising team meeting (not forgetting that all important coffee)
- Catching up with customers about their property sale or purchase
- Our customers’ experience starts with YOU So, whether we are helping people to buy or sell their home, you will need to make them feel welcomed and looked after as soon as you meet them.
- Assisting to successfully present and negotiate offers and helping where necessary to progress and manage sales
- Getting out and about meeting people by attending these viewings and providing friendly advice and a welcoming service
- Guiding customers through the “what happens next” right through to point of offer
- The (best) bit of handing those keys over and seeing the happiness in people’s faces

**The Person**
- Heaps of positivity, with a drive to make things happen
- A thirst for self-development and embrace learning new things every day
- A genuine desire to care for your customers
- A full driving license and your own car
- You will need some get up and go together with pace, passion, and enthusiasm
- You will have to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face and be focused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary”.
- And yes, you will be the type of person that would love seeing your customers’ eyes light up when you find them the perfect property

**The Package**
- **Basic Salary**:£21,750 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
- **On Target Earnings**:£25,750 - £30,750
- **Work Pattern**:5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
- **Additional Benefits**:33 days paid Holiday (with an extra day off for your birthday), Holiday Commission, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Financial sponsorship of EA Qualifications, Employee Assistance Scheme, Paid entry fees for charitable events
