This role requires checking the compliance and performance of team members. The salary is £27,000 per annum and contains many benefits including a cycle scheme and life cover.

**Key Responsibilities of a Quality Assessor**:

- Assessing the quality and performance of telephone calls to ensure great customer service
- Identifying compliance failures and providing coaching and support
- Arranging calibration sessions with colleagues to standardize the way calls are assessed
- Completing coaching documentation for team leaders
- Providing mentoring for new starters

**Key Skills and Experience of a Quality Assessor**:

- Previous experience working within a Contact Centre is required
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst achieving deadlines
- Previous coaching/training experience is desirable
- Analytical thinking skills are required
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role
