**We're hiring an Internal Sales Executive to join our friendly team.**

Working pattern:

- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
- 30-minute break

**Here's what the role entails**:

- Actively source new sales opportunities through customer engagement.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product and service information.
- Receive inbound sales and carry out outbound sales calls to existing and new customers.
- Process customer orders to 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with all colleagues to make sure the right products are delivered at the right time.
- Process purchase orders and liaising with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and specifications.
- Maintain the Trade Counter area, replenishing and rotating product displays in a dynamic and proactive manner.

- Flooring and wholesales industry/sector
- Proven experience working to sales targets
- Customer service experience
- Data analysis and reporting
- Provision of high quality service in a customer-facing role

- Ability to deliver excellent quality customer service to all customers

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
