**Pay**: PAYE £14.50 PAYE or £18.45 Umbrella Per Hour

3 month temp contract, 37 hours a week

Requirements: Must have an enhanced DBS and Prison Clearance.

My client is looking for a Recovery Co-Ordinator to work as part of a team to provide recovery plans and case management to vulnerable serviced users who misuse drugs and alcohol by providing engagement and assessing their needs.

Skills/Experience:
**Duties**:

- Case management and on-going reviews of recovery plans and treatment for your caseload
- Carrying out triage/screening assessments
- Carrying out risk assessments, risk management and safeguarding to get the best outcome of recovery.
- Develop and deliver quality programs and interventions.
- able to deliver psychosocial interventions, complete recovery plans and risk assessments/risk management plans with service users.

Experience Required:

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Substance misuse and experience of working with vulnerable people & complex needs
- Understanding of issues that service users face in their everyday lives
- Knowledge of safeguarding adult and child protection policies
- Good communication skills whilst maintaining boundaries
- Ability to create and review recovery plans
