This is a rare opportunity to join the Integrated Specialist Public Health Nursing Service (ISPHNS) as a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW).

You will work as part of the Central team and as a Healthcare Support Worker you will work with colleagues to deliver the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) and health promotion activities in Primary Schools across the East Riding.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work with colleagues to deliver the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) which involves recording the height and weight of children in Reception and school year 6. Additionally, you will plan and deliver health promotion activities in Primary Schools across the East Riding.
