Claims Advisor

**Contact Centre Claims Advisor**
**Salary: £23,000**
**Location: York**

**Hours: Full-time Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours between 8am - 8pm; part-time hours considered**
Grafton Recruitment are excited to be working with a successful organisation based in York for a Contact Centre Claims Advisor to join their Services Department.
**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Work individually or part of a team striving to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Take personal responsibility to act in accordance with the company's values, visions and goals
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures at all times
- Demonstrate a consistent approach in decision making with regards to all interactions including claims and authorising/declining services
- Seek opportunities to identify and highlight areas for continuous improvement

**You will need**:

- Contact centre experience
- Excellent telephone manner and an ability to adapt to different situations
- Enthusiastic, passionate and positive
- Self-motivated and resilient
