Production Support Operative

**Hours**: Full time (35 hours a week)

**Overall purpose of the role**
- Provide support for the shift supervisor
- Specialised knowledge for a specific area of the production line and the staff in the area
- Ensuring production Operatives have what they need to hit KPI’s and uphold quality standards

**Main Responsibilities**
- Solving the issues that arise in the specific area of the production line
- Responsible for assisting/supporting operatives working within your area on the production line
- Ensuring the team meets quality and production standards
- You are a direct report for the colleagues on your area
- Meeting KPI performance targets
- Maintaining machinery and equipment
- Basic level consumables checks
- Maintain weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
