Our Ongar based client due to continued growth are currently seeking 2 well rounded and friendly Customer Service Executives to join their business on a permanent full time basis with a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 on offer with a range of benefits too.

**What does the role entail?**

As a Customer Services Executive reporting in to the Customer Services Manager you will field all customer enquiries as well as liaising with suppliers and colleagues alike, where you will be chasing and coordinating both supplies in to the business anddeliveries out, processing sales orders, setting up new accounts and new suppliers, whilst working with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure a smooth process and all relevant documentation and packs are created/raised in a timely manner. Your role will bean all encompassing and varied customer service position with strong Administration and Order Processing elements.

**What skills will you have?**

To be considered for these Customer Service Executive roles you will have exceptional communication skills and experience processing orders, whilst being highly organised and efficient, with attention to detail in a fast paced environment, as well as possessinggood IT skills too. On top of this you will be a friendly team player who can multi task efficiently.
