foodfayre are looking for an experienced butcher / meat cutter for our production site in Glasgows east end.

We are looking for a team player and duties included in the role are
- cutting, packing, manufacture and display of fresh meats
- trimming and cutting to specs as set out
- working in a clean, tidy and efficient manner
- assisting in making up orders for dispatch or home delivery
- Following all store food safety and health and safety procedures
- minimum of 5 years working as a butcher
- Have a drivers licence (preferred but not essential)
- be punctual and reliable
- physically fit and can lift up to 25kg
- have excellent customer service

we are a pre pack operation suppling fresh cut meats from our main store in easterhouse, to our shops in duke st and Drumchapel. We mainly cut boxed primal, so no boning out.

We are looking for Experience for this role is a necessity and any applicants without a Minimum of 5 years butchery experience will not be considered.

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
