Manufacturing Administrator

Allstaff Manufacturing Division have partnered with our well-established client based in Whiteinch, who are looking for a manufacturing administrator to join their team. This will be a pivotal role within the business ensuring product compliance with the required technical specification. This position would be well suited to an enthusiastic, solutions driven, and client focused individual with a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with Customers, Architects & Project Managers to ensure all installation and manufacturing details are understood.
- Building product schedules in MS Excel reviewing schedules, specifications and drawings to capture the client’s requirements to allow client sign-off.
- Producing manufacturing information for internal production.
- Producing take-offs for sub-contract manufactured components.
- Consulting with clients, architects, contractors, and site managers, assisting with technical support.

This role is full time, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. With an annual salary starting from £27,000 per annum and is really DOE.

We are keen to speak with those with an understanding of manufacturing and production processes or previous experience working within a manufacturing technical team who have strong attention to detail & accuracy. Proficiency of Excel, Word and Outlook experience with AutoCAD (or similar) is desirable but not essential.
