Cisco Network Engineer

**Job Title: Contract Network Engineer

**Salary**: £500 per day
Location: Aldridge, Werst Midlands plus some UK site travel**

Based from their Aldridge site and as one of a team of Network Engineers you will be working on both BAU and project work. We expect the role to be three days in the office and two days at home with some weeks travelling to sites in the UK.
The role has been assessed to be inside IR35.

**Requirements**:

- Driving licence and should have no issue travelling when needed in the UK (Fully Expensed)
- Must have CCNA and CCNP certificates
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent knowledge of Cisco **Catalyst, business,** and **HP switches**:

- Firewall knowledge ( Palo Alto or **Barracuda**)
- knowledge of setting up **TACACS**server
- Have done network upgrades in the past
- Can carry a small network project
- Mostly office-based, but can work from home on occasion.
- Knowledge of **Active Directory**, knowing how to create accounts and add people in group etc.
