We're looking for a highly skilled ePMO Lead to manage the enterprise investment Portfolio across the organization for Virgin Atlantic.

**Day to day**:
Some of your key responsibilities as our ePMO Lead will be:

- Providing support and resilience to the Head of Enterprise Transformation
- Establishing project/programme performance metrics and KPIs to monitor project progress and success
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports for executive management and stakeholders
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project management standards and identify areas for improvement
- Focused on delivering the highest value business opportunities in alignment with our overall strategic plans
- Strong stakeholder engagement across senior stakeholder groups including LT & SLG, demonstrating behaviours to encourage focus on the overall good and success of the organization rather than individual or silo based interests
- Provide a clear and transparent view of what is in the investment portfolio plan for a rolling 3 year project pipeline, enabling senior leaders to understand the balance of the portfolio and support decision making

**About you**:
Are you an effective communicator, with experience in managing ePMO resources?
- Extensive demonstrable experience of working at a senior level within a Portfolio governance team, managing an investment portfolio to deliver against strategic initiatives and create value through benefits realisation to the enterprise
- Extensive demonstrable knowledge of project accounting principles and benefits measurement
- Extensive experience in the design of project and programme governance across a range of agile and waterfall frameworks and methodologies
- Strong commercial acumen required to be able to understand and challenge the projects and programmes in the Portfolio. Able to demonstrate an ability to influence and facilitate collective decision making at an executive level within the organization
- Confident, credible, and effective communicator, able to summarise and present on a large volume of complex information clearly and succinctly
- Proven partnering skills to build strategic and collaborative relationships at LT & SLG level, but also across the organization and with other partnering areas
- Experience leading teams and managing budgets of £100+m
