Night Porter

**Company description**

Located in Newburgh, 13 miles north of Aberdeen, the Udny Arms Hotel dates back to approximately 1865 and was once the centerpiece of the village. Following a period of closure, we acquired the hotel in 2020 and have undertaken extensive refurbishment in order to get the building and business back to its former glory. The hotel opened it's doors on the 27th October and we are looking to add to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Look after hotel security and guest welfare at night
- Conduct regular floor walks and security checks of fire exits and public areas
- Reporting any irregularities to the management team
- Assist in setting up and servicing function room
- Have a thorough knowledge of all systems and procedures used within the hotel and department and to provide support as and when required
- Prepare and deliver evening room service
- Light cleaning duties in public areas

Must be over 18 years of age.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
