If the above applies to you, we have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Coordinator to join a broadcast service provider based in London were you will drive the next phase of revenue growth.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the senior management team inpartnering with clients to determine scope of projects, budget requirements, document control and time schedules.

Duties will include acting as a first point of contact for all commercial enquires and responding in a timely manner, raising purchase orders,completing commercial documents alongside providing general administrative support with financial oversight.

You will also be required to ensure that live project information and reports are up to date whilst proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and reportingcommercial related log errors.

You should be also able to demonstrate previous experience with financial administration and have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.Some experience in using a resource scheduling system such as XytechMediaPulse, ScheduALL or similar would beadvantageous but is not crucial as training will be provided.

This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, offering flexible hybrid working depending on the business needs.
