**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking a BSA Fitter/Nuller who is a skilled machinist to join our Industrial Group in Tewkesbury as a BSA Fitter/Nuller. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precision fitting operations using various arbors, lapping equipment, and wheel grinding machines. You will also be expected to operate electro/hydraulic test rigs and high precision measuring equipment to a competent and safe standard.
This is working a permanent PM Shift - Monday to Thursday 13:30-22:00 and Friday 11:30-17:00 (initial training would be on the dayshift)

**Responsibilities Include**
Inspect your own work in line with Quality Audit procedure
Work from approved documentation to include engineering drawings, worksheets, and other written instructions such as Work Instructions, EEIs, EIs, EEPs, and EP and adhere to Safe Working Practices
Accurately record data on operation sheets and use Business system correctly when required
Work in and maintain a clean work environment
Work in a safe environment and in a safe manner, adhering to company and legal H&S requirements

**Key Skills and experience**
Skilled machinist with experience in precision fitting operations
Knowledge of various arbors, lapping equipment, and wheel grinding machines
Ability to operate electro/hydraulic test rigs and high precision measuring equipment
Good PC skills to use the Business system to carry out all aspects of the role including time recording
Flexibility with regard to the role and responsibilities, for example with changes to shift patterns, working additional hours to meet business needs, etc.
Good timekeeping and attendance record
Able to work on own initiative where necessary
